So I thought my blog birthday and the launch of Caravan Haberdashery was perfect time to celebrate with a little giveaway.

I love this vintage 1977 pattern and it could be yours! It will look perfect as a summer maxi dress and will take you right through to winter as a Christmas party dress. It is a size 14, bust 92cm or 36″.

Part of what I love about vintage is thinking about the item’s past life so I think it’s great when there are little touches from this left behind. There are notes written and little pieces of fabric pinned to some of the pieces. Although having been used before it has been really looked after too.
